Refund policy
The Mankindstore Guarantee: We stand behind the gear we sell. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase arrived, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unused and in original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and tags attached.
- You must provide a Receipt or Order Number.
2. How to Initiate a Return (Crucial Step) Do not send your purchase back to the address on the package. Since we source from multiple global warehouses (UK & International), the return address on the label may not be the correct destination for returns.
- Email us at support@mankindstore.co.uk with your Order Number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with the correct UK Return Address.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damaged or Defective Items: If your gear arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, we will make it right immediately.
- No Need to Return: In most cases of clear damage, we do not require you to ship the broken item back.
- The Fix: Email us a High-Quality Photo or Video of the defect. Once verified, we will send a Free Replacement immediately or issue a full refund.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Wrong Item: We cover the return shipping costs (or waive the return requirement).
- Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/colour, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Gift Cards.
6. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find it:
- Check with neighbours or your local sorting office first.
- If it is confirmed lost by the courier, we will issue a Free Replacement immediately.
