Shipping policy
Where Your Order Ships From: We fulfil orders through two clearly labelled routes, and every product page states its dispatch route and delivery estimate below the "Add to Cart" button.
- UK Warehouse items: dispatched within 1-2 business days from our UK fulfilment partners, with delivery in 2-5 business days. This covers the majority of our range, including all large items (garden equipment, pet housing, gym hardware, ride-ons).
- Factory-Direct items: marked with a "Factory Direct Logistics" note on the product page. These ship directly from the manufacturer and take approximately 9 business days to arrive. We state this clearly on every applicable product so there are no surprises.
Delivery Costs: Free shipping on all UK orders - no minimum spend. Some large or battery-powered items can only be delivered to Mainland UK addresses (excluding Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and offshore islands); this is stated on the relevant product pages.
Order Processing: We process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your gear leaves the warehouse.
Split Shipments: If you order multiple items, they may be dispatched from different locations.
- Your items may arrive separately, with separate tracking numbers.
- We never charge extra shipping for split deliveries.
Order Cancellation: You are entitled to cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placement, provided the items have not yet entered the dispatch process.
- To Cancel: Reply to your order confirmation email immediately with the subject line "CANCEL".
- Note: Once an item has been handed to the courier, we cannot stop the shipment - our Refund Policy then applies.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you spot an error, email support@mankindstore.co.uk immediately - we can usually amend details within the first few hours of ordering.
Damaged or Lost Items: We insure all our shipments. If your gear arrives damaged:
- Contact support@mankindstore.co.uk immediately.
- Include your Order Number and a Photo of the damage.
- We will arrange a free replacement right away.
Still waiting for your gear? If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, contact our support team and we will locate your package for you.
